By attending this Six Sigma course, I was given the opportunity to work on my first ever healthcare project. It was engaging with the music, entertaining videos, quizzes to help learners retain information, and short/segmented educational videos. This made the training sessions component actually fun! Having had lean six sigma training in the past, I can say that Process Village has been great. I thought it was extremely helpful in my role as a radiology manager to learn how to streamline processes without adding a lot of additional cost. This was beneficial knowledge that I will be able to use in many settings of my job. Many of the tools were new to me yet easy to apply to workflows or processes in order to streamline.

I received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. and an Advanced Master Certification of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Over the course of my career, I’ve contributed to the Lean Six Sigma training and certification of more than 1,200 employees, the supervision of over 600 projects, and cost savings of more than $34 million.
I can say I’ve been extremely blessed to have had amazing mentors and teachers to help guide me towards my continuous improvement goals.
