Process Village

By attending this Six Sigma course, I was given the opportunity to work on my first ever healthcare project. Unlike similar yellow belt courses, this program requires work on an actual project, with real problems and real results. Having worked on a real project now, I feel much more familiar with healthcare processes and how they can be improved. In addition to hands on experience, the networking experience is priceless. It was so great to be able to build a professional relationship with Jazz, my classmates, and even other project sponsors. I look forward to working with them all in the future, and excited to see what new certifications Process Village will have to offer, as well as watching the village grow! Cheers!

This is a great course to go for. I learned so much about all the lean six sigma tools and used them on the project I worked on while taking this course. Working on a project really helped me understand much better. I really enjoyed the class. The various modules of online learning were well-organized and succinct in their education of the various tools that can be utilized to improve processes and determine the root cause which will help to solve a problem and eliminate waste. Very worthwhile! Jazz was a knowledgeable instructor who was very responsive in answering questions and providing direction that was needed from time to time. Great experience!

Jazz is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to learning six sigma methodology. The class provides an excellent understanding of how to take a problem and develop successful solutions. Having a course that specifically deals with healthcare process improvement is hard to find. Overall, the class was very helpful and I would recommend to anyone with the slightest interest in process improvement in healthcare.
